🔁 Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
  • Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A complete and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

🎥 Unboxing Video Guidelines

  • Recording must start before opening the parcel.
  • The video must be continuous, clear, and unedited.
  • Show the sealed package, product, invoice, and damage clearly.
  • No cut, pause, or edited videos will be accepted.

📦 Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original condition.
  • All tags, invoice, and original packaging must be included.
  • Used, altered, or damaged-after-delivery items are not eligible.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Missing or invalid unboxing video.
  • Products without tags, invoice, or original packaging.
  • Customized or gift-combo items (unless damaged).

💸 Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after product verification.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Order ID
  • Images of the product
  • Complete unboxing video
